Q. Are there facilities to store my luggage in the room?
A. All our rooms are furnished with cupboards to keep your luggage.
Q. Do I get parking space in the Hotel?
A. Parking is available as we have our own Parking Area.
Q.What are the facilities available for food ?
A. We have 24 hrs Room Service for all the Inhouse guest.
Q.Is there any facility for laundry ?
A. Laundry facilities are available but it is charged at an extra price.
Q.Does your hotel make arrangements for airport transportation?
A. We can arrange the same at an extra economical cost.
Q.I am coming with a lot of luggage. Will I get help to get it to my room?
A. Our hotel staff will be happy to help you with all your luggage transfer within the hotel premises.
Q.Is extra bed provided in all rooms? Is it included in room tariff?
A. Extra mattress will be provided at extra charge. This is subject to the maximum permissible occupancy for the given room category.
Q.Can I ask for a smoking room?
A. Most of the rooms are non-smoking rooms except for a few.
Q.What is the standard check in - check out time?
A. The standard check-in time is 11:00 AM and standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Q.What documents are required at the time of check-in at the hotel?
A. Booking confirmation E-mail/ SMS (with Booking ID) and a valid Photo ID (with address) is required for all the guests. Photo ID proofs accepted are Driver's License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Note: PAN Cards will not be accepted as valid Photo ID card.
Q.What if I am arriving earlier than 11 AM. Will there be any extra charges for early check-in?
A. Our policy with regards to early check-in is:
- Early check-in between 6 AM and 12 PM can be allowed without any extra charges, but will be subject to availability.
- Early check-in for guests arriving before 6 AM will be charged at full previous day's rate.
A. Our policy with regards to late check-out is:
- Late check-out upto 11 AM can be accommodated at no extra charges, but will be subject to availability.
- Late check-out after 11 AM will be charged at full next day's rate.
What is the cancellation policy?
- No charges will be levied if the room is cancelled more than 24 hours prior to the standard check-in time (12 PM).
- Any cancellation request within 24 hours prior to check-in time (12 PM), will attract charges equivalent to 1 night's stay (including taxes) which will be deducted as Standard Cancellation Fee.
- In case of any late cancellations (during the stay) or a guest no-show (guest not arriving), hotel reserves the right to charge an equivalent of one night's stay charges including taxes.
- For prepaid bookings, refund will be processed within 10-15 days after making the appropriate deductions.
- For pay at hotel bookings, we will contact you before the checkin date in order to reconfirm your stay. If we are not able to reach you, we reserve the rights to cancel the booking.
A maximum of 2 children upto the age of 5 years are allowed free of charge subject to room occupancy capacity. Extra person charges are applicable for anyone above 5 years of age. Breakfast will be included in stay, but no extra bed will be provided.
The maximum number of occupants in a room depends on the hotel and the room category. This can be found out during booking of the rooms for different hotels.
However, visitors are not allowed beyond 10 PM. Non-resident guests must get registered as an extra occupant in the room to stay beyond this time. Visitors are not allowed inside the room. However they can use our Restaurant or Lobby area for meeting purpose only.
No pets are allowed inside the premises.

Our hotels reserve the right of admission to ensure safety and comfort of guests. This may include cases such as local residents, unmarried and unrelated couples among others. Hotel will not accept DELHI/NCR guest bookings.
